These terms govern the sale of digital content (electronic cookbooks in PDF format) through lowcarblife.cz.

1. Seller

The seller is TODO: Jméno / firma, IČO TODO: IČO. Contact: info@lowcarblife.cz.

2. Order and contract

The contract is concluded by submitting and paying for an order. After payment is received, the buyer is given a download link for the purchased PDF, which is also sent to the provided email address.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown for each product. Payment is made online by card via Stripe.

4. Delivery

Digital content is delivered immediately after payment as a download link. The link is time-limited; contact us if you have any trouble.

5. Right of withdrawal

For digital content supplied immediately after payment, the buyer expressly consents to performance beginning before the withdrawal period ends and thereby waives the right to withdraw from the contract.

6. Complaints

If a file fails to download or is corrupted, email info@lowcarblife.cz and we will put it right.
